The Board

Per Erik Engebretsen holds an MBA from HHB (Handelshögskolan in Bodö) and runs an investment business via his company, Mesna Industrier AS, in Norway. Per Erik was one of the founders and is one of the four main owners of UNION Gruppen, a group of companies specialising in commercial real estate sales, real estate investments and corporate finance. Per Erik was in charge of the corporate finance side of the business. During 2006, UNION Gruppen was integrated with the Icelandic banking group Glitnir.
