Properties wanted

We are currently looking for properties, premises and land in the Stockholm area and in expanding regional cities approximately two hours from Stockholm. The properties should be located by major traffic routes and have good accessibility and good visibility. We want to become established in the vicinity of our customers, close to major residential areas and activities.

We are very flexible and can use land with or without existing buildings in all possible configurations and with various elevations. We would of course prefer land that has been levelled, but in good locations we may also consider raw land for construction in a few years. The business requires a property area of at least 3,000 m² or land for construction from 4,000 m² to 20,000 m². Our facilities can serve, for example, as noise barriers in residential areas.

We are also looking for properties in central Stockholm, where we would consider tenant-owned or rental properties with an area of at least 1,000 m². SelStor would prefer to acquire and own the finished
facility, but a joint venture may also be of interest. Our business is not
disruptive for the surrounding area, with a traffic volume of around
1-2 cars per hour when open.
